DELIVERY
& RETURNS.
UK delivery is £8 per order. We dispatch within 24 hours, with delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Your delivery
Delivery is charged once per order. The delivery estimate starts after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline or need to check availability. Additional printing or embroidery has its own production lead time, which our team confirms with you.
Changing your mind
For standard clothing bought online as a consumer, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return it. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop; extra handling that reduces its value may affect the refund. Contact us with your order reference for return instructions.
We refund returned items and the original standard delivery charge when the whole order is cancelled, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return. Refunds go to the original payment method. You pay return postage for a change of mind; contact us first about a fault or an incorrect item.
Faulty or incorrect clothing
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Custom printing & embroidery
Items made to your individual specification, such as your own logo or personalised text, are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Our standard GRAFT CO branding does not make an otherwise standard garment personalised to you.
