Orders and enquiries
We use the contact details, garment selections, delivery details and correspondence you provide to respond to enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery and give support. We keep payment references and order records for fulfilment and applicable accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists when you enquire or order.
Payments and service providers
When secure checkout is available, Stripe handles your payment details on its hosted checkout. We receive payment status and the customer and delivery details needed for your order. We do not receive or store full card details. Hosting providers, couriers and relevant production partners process the information required to provide the service.
Your basket and essential storage
Your browser stores your product codes, sizes and quantities under graftco-bag-v1 so your bag remains available when you return. Remove items from your bag or clear this website’s browser data to erase that selection. Hosting and checkout services may use essential security and authentication storage. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are installed in this shop.
